Our warehouse located in Markham, Canada, all products will be shipped from Canada.

All in stock product orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Some of products are pre-order products. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-order items will be processed within the timeframe listed on the product page. Once the items arrive at our warehouse, you will be notified for pickup or shipping by email.

2. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page, but may be subject to delays due to manufacturing, shipping, or quality control issues.

3. These dates may be subject to delays from our suppliers or shipping carriers.

4. Your order will be shipped once the items arrive at our warehouse and are ready for dispatch.

Shipping is available by Standard or Express service.

You can select your preferred option at checkout, and the shipping fee will be automatically calculated on the checkout page based on your address and chosen method.

We offer shipping to Canada. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.
