All of our products are final sale. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances unless the product arrives with a verified manufacturer defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos of the defect or issue
Our team will review your case, and if the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement or exchange.
Important Notes
Kumpoo Canada is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
